      How to Create a Class Pass for a Trial Class

      Give new students an easy and inviting way to try out your studio.

      Steps

      1. Go to YOGO Admin, then select Prices from the menu on the left.

      2. Click the plus (+) icon in the top right corner and choose “Class pass (fixed number of classes)”.

      3. Fill in the description and select “Limited number of class passes per customer”.

        • For a trial class, we recommend entering 1 here.

      4. Decide if the class should be discounted or free (0 €).

        • Enter the price and validity period (e.g., 14 days) to encourage new students to try your studio.

      5. Choose which class types the trial pass should be valid for.

      6. Add the price to the desired price group.

      7. (Optional) Write a personal welcome email to your new students to help them feel comfortable on their first visit.

      8. Click “Create”.

      Your class pass for a trial class is now ready!
