What is the difference between Admin and Super Admin?
In YOGO, different administrator roles come with clearly defined permissions. The key difference between an Admin and a Super Admin lies in the ability to manage other admins
Admin
An Admin has administrative rights within the studio and can manage operational tasks in the system.
Typical Admin permissions:
-
Manage members
-
Manage classes and schedules
-
Maintain studio settings
-
Access reporting and refunds (if enabled by the Super Admin)
Note: Access to reporting and refunds can be individually controlled by the Super Admin (see below).
Super Admin
A Super Admin has extended permissions and can additionally manage other administrators.
Additional Super Admin permissions:
-
Create admins
-
Delete admins
-
Decide whether individual admins have access to reporting and refunds
Reporting and Refunds Access Restriction
The ability to control reporting and refunds access for admins individually is only available in the YOGO Studio and Studio + App plans.
This means:
-
In lower-tier plans, admins automatically have access to reporting and refunds
-
Starting with Studio and Studio + App, the Super Admin can explicitly enable or disable reporting and refunds access for each admin.
