With YOGO, you can link a variety of classes together so that a customer can sign up for and pay for all classes at the same time

Begin by accessing the 'Schedule' section and create the classes that will be part of the program.

Navigate to the 'Class series' menu and click on 'Create class series'.

Provide a name (optional: picture), description, and total price for the entire class serie.

Select the price groups in which the class series should be displayed and where it is available for customers to purchase.

If you want to allow customers to enroll in a class serie after it has started, check the 'Allow purchase after start' option and select the minimum number of classes that must be remaining for customers to continue enrolling in the remaining classes. YOGO will automatically calculate the price for the remaining classes based on how many classes are left when the customer enrolls.

If you want to allow customers to cancel individual classes in the class serie, check the 'Allow customer to cancel individual classes' option. Now you can choose which class types the student should be able to enroll in instead of the canceled class.

If you want to allow other students (who are not enrolled in the class serie) to have the opportunity to sign up for individual classes within a program before the start of the class to fill up the spots, you can do this by checking the box 'Make classes available to everyone before start' and then setting the timeframe for when this should be possible.

If you want to send an email upon purchase, check the 'Send email to the customer upon purchase' option.

Click on 'Save and continue'

Now select the class types that will be included in the program and the date of the first day of the class serie. A list of classes will now appear.

Click on 'Select' for the specific classes included in the class serie.

Click on 'Save'. Congratulations - you have now created your first class series ready for sale!
