Quickly change the payment date for a customer's membership by following the guide below

  1. Log in to YOGO admin and go to 'Customers'.
  2. Search for the customer who needs to have the payment date changed for their membership.
  3. Click on the customer's active membership.
  4. Press the 'Change payment date' button.
  5. Select the date you want the customer to have as their next payment date and press 'Save'.
