How to use customer reports in YOGO

With YOGO, you can easily create individual customer reports using numerous filter options.

  1. How it works:
    Go to YOGO Admin → “Reports” → “Customers”
  2. Click on “Add filter”
  3. Select the desired criteria, e.g.:
    “Active customers” + “Has no membership”
  4. Click on “Apply filter”

You will now get a list of all customers who exactly match your selected conditions.

🔧 Examples of combinable filters:

  • Subscribed to the newsletter

  • Not subscribed to the newsletter

  • Active customers

  • Inactive customers

  • Conversion

  • Has membership or access card(s)

  • Membership start within time period

  • Membership end within time period

  • Membership renewed within time period

  • Has no membership

  • Has a membership

  • Registered for course/event

  • Registered for one or more events

  • Has made a purchase

  • Has never made a purchase

  • Has an appointment

  • Has course block (course)

  • Has no course block (course)

  • Number of registrations

  • Class attendance within time period

  • First class within time period

  • Customer created (within time period)

  • Date of birth

  • No date of birth entered

  • ClassPass.com
