How to get started with integrating ClassPass.com into YOGO
To enable the integration between YOGO and ClassPass, you must already have a partnership with ClassPass.com and have agreed with them on which venues will be integrated into YOGO and which classes and services will be included.
- "Log in to your YOGO admin --> 'Settings' --> 'ClassPass.com'
- Check the box for 'Enable ClassPass.com Integration'

You’ll now see both a Partner ID and a Venue ID:

The Partner ID is the unique identifier for the studio as a brand or organization, regardless of how many locations (venues) it has.

The Venue ID refers to a specific location (venue) of the studio.
Example 1: If "Happy Yoga" is a studio with only one location/venue, you’ll see one Partner ID and one Venue ID — each with a different number.
Example 2: If Happy Yoga is a chain with two venues, one in Lisbon and one in Porto, you’ll see a one Partner ID (representing Happy Yoga as a brand/organization), plus one Venue ID for Happy Yoga Lisbon and another for Happy Yoga Porto.
Important: To enable the integration for 2 or more venues, you must have the same number of active branches in YOGO. -
- If you want to release all available seats in a class, for example, four hours before the class starts, you can check 'Release all unbooked seats to ClassPass.com at a specific time before class,' and in this example, set it to four hours.
- Once you have obtained your integration IDs, send to the ClassPass team member supporting your integration.
- Current ClassPass Partners: Contact our support team by using the Partner Support Chatbot in the lower right corner of your Partner Dashboard. Provide as much detail as possible and the ClassPass Support team will assist you in completing the integration
- Onboarding ClassPass Partners: Provide your integration IDs in the form sent in your onboarding emails or email your information to launch@classpass.com The Onboarding Team will complete your integration prior to your page going live on ClassPass.

Activate ClassPass.com for already created classes in YOGO
- In YOGO admin, go to 'Schedule' and click on 'Edit Multiple Classes'
Search by weekday, starting with 'Monday,' and then click 'Find classes' - Scroll down and check the classes that need to be activated for ClassPass.com. If it's all classes, simply check the top checkbox to select all classes.
- On the right side of the screen, choose the ClassPass.com option that should apply to the classes
- Click 'Apply Changes'
- Subsequently, repeat the above steps for the rest of the days of the week to modify all classes on the schedule
