If you, as a course instructor, want to use the Teacher module for the first time, you can follow these instructions:
Log in:

Go to YOURstudio.yogobooking.com/teacher (replace YOURstudio with the name of the studio where you teach). If in doubt, contact the studio owner.

If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot password?”
- Now enter the email address that the studio admin used to set up your teacher profile.
- Click on the link you received by email, create a new password and log in to the YOGO Teacher module ✅.
- If you're using your own mobile phone, it's a good idea to tick the "Remember me on this computer" option. Once you're logged in, click "Add to Home Screen" to place the Teacher module on your phone's home screen for easy access.
General Use:
In the teacher module you can basically:
- Overview of your courses (you can also easily synchronize these with your personal calendar).
- Register participants: Check-in
- If participants have valid access cards or memberships, you can also register them for the course in the teacher module.
- Start the livestream.
- Overview of your given courses (Salary report).
- You can send emails to participants.
Check in or sign up of participants
If you want to check in or sign up participants for a course, you can follow the instructions below.
- Find the course you want in the course overview and click on the button with the 3 dots on the right.
- Click the icon with the person and the checkmark “check in and sign up”. The overview of registered people opens.
- Click on “Check in” to complete the registration.
- If you want to add someone to the course who is not yet registered, click on the blue circle with the person and plus symbol in the top right.
- A search field opens. Find the person you want to sign up for studio participation (click "Sign up") or the livestream (click "Sign up for livestream").
NOTE: The individual must have a valid membership or access card to be enrolled by a course instructor.
- Well done. The person is now logged and checked in. Enjoy the class.
