What are “Prices” in YOGO?

Offer your clients different ways to book your studio services. With “Prices,” everyone can find the option that suits them best. Prices are the memberships, class pass, and time passes that you can create for booking your services.

Memberships
Memberships are subscriptions to your studio services. They renew automatically every month. Memberships have cancellation periods and can also have a binding period. You can set both yourself. You can also offer quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments for memberships.

The difference between memberships and your other offerings is that they do not expire automatically. They must be actively canceled by the person who holds the membership. Help with creating memberships

Seasonal Memberships
Seasonal memberships are 12-month subscriptions with a fixed season start. The price automatically adjusts depending on when clients join the season. Those who join later pay less. All seasonal memberships renew together at the start of the next season. Seasonal memberships are especially useful for studios or clubs that work in clearly defined yearly cycles. Minimum terms, campaigns, or discount codes are not possible here. Help with creating seasonal memberships

ClassPass
Class Passes are like paper stamp cards, only online. With a class pass, a set number of classes can be booked within a validity period you define. You can offer class passes with just one class for a single studio visit, or with 3, 5, 10 classes, and more. Help with creating class passes

Time-based class passes

Time-based class passes are similar to memberships but without automatic renewal. Time-based class passes expire automatically after the period you define. This allows you to offer clients access to your studio for a day, a week, or a month. Which classes they can attend is determined when you create the pass.

Your clients don’t always have to purchase prices to use your services. For some offerings, there are other booking options:

Course Blocks
Course blocks are courses booked and paid for as a whole block. For example, if you want to offer a 10-week Monday evening course. When creating the course block, you can enter the total course price in a field. That becomes the course block price. You don’t need to create a membership or access pass for this.

Events or Workshops
These are offerings that don’t take place regularly. They can be single events or multiple days, for example a retreat or a three-part workshop. For events, you also set the price when creating them and don’t need to create a membership or access pass. Help with creating Events

Private Sessions or 1-to-1 Services
You can offer these via YOGO’s service function. You create services that clients can book as single sessions, such as coaching, massage, therapy, or private training. When creating the service, you can set the price there.

💡 You can also create a class pass for booking private sessions, for example a 5-massage card.
💡 You can also specify that services can only be purchased via a class pass and not individually.
💡 You can also add private sessions as classes in your regular schedule. They will then appear there and can be booked with class passes like normal.

Gift Cards
You create gift cards separately in YOGO Admin under “gift cards” in the blue settings menu. There you can set whether and in which price group they should be displayed. Gift Cards can appear in your price list, but you don’t need to create them under “Prices.”

Products
Products are physical items, such as a water bottle, a T-shirt, or a yoga mat. If you want to sell physical products, you create them with their prices in YOGO Admin under “Products.”
