What is YOGO Business?

YOGO Business is an extension of the YOGO platform that allows you to add and manage multiple VAT numbers and payout agreements under one unified account. It’s especially relevant for businesses that:

  • Operate multiple studios or locations

  • Run as a franchise or chain

  • Need to separate accounting and payments across different companies

YOGO Business gives you full flexibility and overview – all within your existing YOGO account.

Add and manage several businesses without switching logins or creating separate accounts.

Assign sales to specific payout accounts
When creating a sale in YOGO, you can choose which company’s payout account the payment should go to. This ensures correct bookkeeping and gives you full control over where the money ends up – no manual reconciliations needed.

Ensure payouts go to the correct company
Payments from members are automatically routed to the correct company account based on the associated payout agreement.

Revenue overview per company
Get insight into your business with detailed revenue breakdowns per company/VAT number – directly in YOGO. Easily track performance per department and use the data to guide financial decisions and strategy.

Note: YOGO Business requires at least a Studio subscription.
The price includes 1 VAT number per department.
If you wish to transfer existing membership payments to new companies, the cost is 160 EUR + VAT per company.

The YOGO team will set up your additional payout agreements and guide you through the setup process.

Start using YOGO Business
Once everything is set up, you can select the company when creating a sale – and payments will automatically go to the correct account.


🔁 Already have a YOGO account?

If you're already using YOGO and want to move existing membership payments to new company accounts, we’re happy to help.

Transfer cost: 160EUR + VAT per company to which payments are distributed.

Example:
If you have one existing company and want to transfer payments to two new ones, the cost will be 2 x 160 EUR + VAT.
