Here you’ll find answers to your USC-related questions.
How does the waitlist work?
If a spot opens up in your class, YOGO will first check your own waitlist. Only if there is no one left waiting there, the spot will be offered to someone from the partner waitlist.
Why don't I see my changes to the class type reflected in USC?
If you change something in the class type, it is not automatically transferred to USC.
Go to the classes (individually or via "Edit Multiple Classes").
If you want to transfer a change for a specific class to USC, open the class and click Save.
If you want the change to apply to multiple classes, go through "Edit Multiple Classes", select the desired classes, and apply a change (it can even stay the same).
For example, you can change from Room "Studio" to Room "Studio" — this will trigger the update of the class type to USC.
Can I set different cancellation deadlines for USC and YOGO?
USC uses the deadlines you have set in YOGO. Different deadlines are not possible.
