Why don't my schedule in YOGO and USC match?
🔄 It can take a few minutes for USC to reflect your changes. Please wait a little before checking.
👉 Important: If you change the start time, end time, location, or cancellation deadline of a class, the change will only be adopted by USC if there are no existing USC bookings for that class. This is a technical limitation set by USC.
👉 USC only updates your schedule and settings when you save classes again directly via Admin → Schedule.
Example: You change the time and click “save”. Saving again acts as a signal to USC to update the information.
❗️This means there are changes that are not automatically adopted.
This applies to all changes that affect your schedule but are not made directly in the schedule view — because the “Class saved” signal in the Schedule menu is missing.
Examples include your cancellation deadline, or editing a class type.
For instance: You change your cancellation deadline in the system settings of YOGO. The update applies to all classes in YOGO automatically — but is not sent to USC.
✅ The solution in these cases:
Click on the class in the schedule and save it again manually.
Make sure no one is registered for this class yet.
If you’re making global changes to multiple or all classes:
Go to Admin → Schedule → Edit multiple classes, select all classes, and apply any change.
For example, change the location from "Studio 2" to "Studio 2" — this enables the “Apply changes” button, which allows you to re-save the classes and update them in USC.
How does the waitlist work?
If a spot opens up in your class, YOGO will first check your own waitlist. Only if there is no one left waiting there, the spot will be offered to someone from the partner waitlist.
Can I see USC bookings in YOGO?
Yes, bookings are synced to YOGO. For every person who books via USC, a customer profile is created in YOGO using a placeholder email address. USC does not share real email addresses with YOGO.
Can I set different cancellation deadlines for USC and YOGO?
USC uses the deadlines you have set in YOGO. Different deadlines are not possible.
How do USC participants check in?
Just like always — with their USC app and QR code. Their check-in is synced to YOGO as attendance.
Do USC participants get notified if I cancel a class in YOGO?
Yes. When you cancel a class in YOGO, it is also cancelled in USC.

When do my classes become visible on USC?
Even if you release your classes for USC early in YOGO, USC only displays classes for the next 14 days.
That means: Classes further in the future are not yet visible on USC.
I have multiple Urban Sports Club locations. How do I connect them to YOGO?
You can connect one of your Urban Sports locations with YOGO.
