In YOGO, you can send your customers many different types of emails – for example when they register for a class, a reminder an hour before it begins, and much more.
- To create an email, you need to log in to YOGO Admin.
- Go to the menu item “Class types” and click the blue button “Emails on sign up, cancel booking and reminder for classes."
- Scroll down and click on the small blue plus sign to the right of “Sign up, cancel booking and reminder for classes.”
Now you can choose whether the person should receive an email upon sign up, cancellation, or at a specific time before the class starts.
Next, select who should receive it – for example:

Attendees for studio class

Attendees livestream
-
Waitlist
Choose which class types the email should apply to.
Then, write your email. You can use a wide variety of [shortcodes] – e.g. for the person’s name, class date, start time, etc. You can find the available short codea under the message field for your convenience. Simply copy and paste the desired personalization.
This way you can create a personalized email, for example:
Dear [first_name],
Remember your class on [class_date] at [class_start_time].
[first_name] will automatically be replaced with the customer’s name – and so on.
If you’d like to send a copy to a specific staff member, you can enter their email address in the “Send copy to” field.
If you want to create more emails, you can easily add them by clicking the small blue plus sign and repeating the process. 🥳
