This is how you can easily add participants even after a class has begun.
Add People on the Same Day
You can easily add participants in the Admin or Teacher Module until midnight of the same day.

Add People Later
If you want to register someone after the class day has passed:

Go to the Admin Module, open Customers, and search for the person you want to register.

Go to “Registered Classes” → “Register Classes.”

Select the desired date. The class will then appear in the table.

Scroll all the way to the right and click “Sign up.”
The system will now ask if you also want to check in the person.
If they attended and should not receive a no-show fee (if this is activated), select Check-in “Yes.”
If the “Sign up” Button Doesn’t Appear
Check the following:

Does the person have a valid membership or class pass for this class?

Are there remaining studio visits (for limited memberships) or classes available?

Does the access type allow participation in the selected class?

Is the class pass activated? Click on the class pass and adjust the start date if necessary.
