How to create, edit, and cancel class series in YOGO

Everything about creating, editing, and canceling class series in your schedule

With YOGO, you can link a series of classes together into a class series, allowing a customer to register and pay for all classes at once.

Create a class series

1. Start by going to 'Schedule' in the main menu on the left side and create the classes in the schedule that will be part of the class series. Read more about how to do this here

2. Go to the 'Class series' menu and click the blue button on the right side 'Create class series'.

3. Give the class series a name (optional image), description, and a total price for the entire series.

4. Select which price groups the class series will be shown in and where the series will be available for customers to purchase.

5. If you want to allow registration for the class series after it has started, check 'Allow purchase after start at reduced price', and select how many classes must remain in the series for a customer to still be able to register for the remaining classes. YOGO will automatically calculate the price for the remaining classes based on how many classes are left when the customer registers.

6. If you want customers to have the option to cancel individual classes in the series, check 'Allow customers to cancel individual classes' and use them for other classes'. You can then choose which class types the customer can register for instead of the canceled class.

7. If you want all other students (who are not enrolled in the series) to have the option to register for individual classes in a series within a given time frame before the class starts, to help fill the classes, you can check the box 'Unlock classes for everyone before start' and then set how far in advance this should be possible.

8. If an email should be sent upon purchase, check 'Send email to customer on purchase'.

9. Click 'Save' and continue.

10. Now select the class type that will be included in the series and the date for the first day of the series. A list of classes will now appear.

11. Click 'Select' next to the specific classes that are part of the series.

12. Then click 'Save'.

Congratulations - you have now created your first class series, which is ready for sale ✅.
