Everything about the pause function
The pause function allows you to put a membership on hold for a period. It's up to each studio to decide whether there should be a fee for pausing a membership.
Pause memberdhip - a hypothetical example
A customer has a payment date of November 1st and wants to pause their membership from November 14th. So, the customer has 14 days credit because they paid for a full month.
The 14 days are returned to the customer at the end of the suspension period, thus moving the payment date by 14 days. This means the new payment date will be December 14th.
To suspend a customer's membership
- Go to the YOGO admin and select "Customers".
- Search for the customer whose membership needs to be paused.
- On the customer profile, find the active membership under 'Memberships'.
- Click 'Pause membership'. From there, choose the pause period and whether to impose a pause fee.
- The customer's membership will now be paused ✅.
